Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your display name (username/pseudonym), email address, and profile picture, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App (via Email, Apple Sign-In, or Anonymous login) or Site. If you choose to contribute content (e.g., adding places, events, photos, reviews), this content may be linked to your profile.
User Contributions
Information you provide when you add or edit places, events, upload photos, or submit reviews or comments. This content is intended to be public within the App community.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App or Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. In the App, this may include device type, unique device ID, and interactions with App features (e.g., searches, views, saved items).
Financial Data & Subscriptions
PortugalGayMap may offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Subscriptions"). When you purchase a Subscription, the transaction is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to their terms and conditions, and privacy policy. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information or other sensitive financial data. Apple handles all billing and financial transactions.

Data From Social Networks (Apple Sign-In)
If you choose to register or log in using your Apple account (Apple Sign-In), we may access basic information from your Apple profile, such as your name (if you choose to share it) and email address (or a private relay email address provided by Apple). We only use this information for account creation and authentication purposes.
Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the App, to provide location-based services such as displaying nearby places/events and map functionalities. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera and photo library/storage (for uploading photos of places/events), and location services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App or Site to:

- Display your user contributions (places, events, photos, reviews) within the App.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and our mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
